Contrary to some negative reviews I've read about this particular product, I've had a really good experience. Item shipped and arrived on time as promised. There were no problems with the delivery, I tracked the package online. Item arrived new, unused and undamaged. I had no problems with this heat press. The instructions were simple and to the point. Easy to understand. The platform approached each temperature correctly (I checked). The timer worked effectively. Didn't start "smoking" when first turned on, didn't "blown" and didn't blow the fuse in the circuit breaker. I have had no issues with this transaction and I have no issues with this product. I love it. 100% satisfied customer.
