. I bought this item five weeks ago but saved my review so I can use it for a while before posting. I didn't want to spend nearly $60 on a boxing mat but this one had great reviews. I was looking for a rug from Dick etc but didn't care about the quality of what I saw. I was very happy with the quality of the product when I received it. It's a decent weight, although it still shifts a bit when you hit it with an iron. As shown, there are three different levels. A plain is short like a fairway; The next is longer than the first cut of the rough and the highest level allows the golfer to set tees. It can also be folded up to three times its size. I've hit a few hundred balls off the mat and the fairway section shows no signs of wear. The same goes for the rough part. None of the sections leave marks on the soles of my clubs, which is a common problem with artificial driving range mats. It's not a very tight weave, but I found that the tee flies into my net almost every time I hit the ball, so I made a small modification: I drilled a hole in the bottom of the mat and added a gulf -Tea holder a. I placed the hole forward in case I hit the ground before the ball (a common problem for me). Now I can hit 10-20 balls before the tee box breaks. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and give the Rukket mat 5 stars even though I did the modification. It is made from quality materials and works as advertised. I could hit a ball walking in my garage here in New Hampshire, out in the snow and it was cold. I hope to see quick results in Myrtle Beach next week!
