It is very easy to use (you don't need any training), it has all that you could ever want or expect from a booking platform. Nothing at this time! I believe there isn't anything negative about my experience with the software - in fact, everything works perfectly for me! We are using it as our main booking website now, so we have no problems with performance of such a large user base. The only downside is the price tag which makes it hard to justify if not needed by every business out there. If you're looking for something reliable but affordable then look into VISITUM. I can say without hesitation that their service was fantastic. They were always available and listened to what we wanted. Their support team was also amazing.
