UPDATE: About 3 months later I finally contacted support. Told them about all the problems with this car and how many times I tried to contact them. We spent several minutes trying to fix the error until finally she gave me the option to send the whole car back for a brand new one. I said yes please. I'm happy to report that my new one has worked great so far. I cut without problems (they sent everything new, the blade is new). It took some time to update the software of the new machine on the computer, but everything else is fine! ****************** Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm feeling lucky. Wrote to support 3 times, no answer. Tried to call - no answer. I've spoken to others about this machine - EVERYONE had the same issues with it NOT cutting. Nothing works. I wish I could return it and just get my money back or a different model.
