Hello everyone I have had this router for 2 years. However, today I changed my IP provider and the router no longer works. I called D-Link and spoke to a lady from Tech Support named Ivy. This was my best experience with a tech support agent. She was very sweet, polite and caring. She walked me through the long process of rebooting my router and was always so patient and calm. I definitely recommend the DIR-600L router and D-Link's fantastic technical support team. She gave me my registration number C6695146. Ivy's ID (the tech support lady) was Ar004237.
