I remember playing with a similar toy as a kid so bought this for my 4 year old son. But to my disappointment the velcro only covers part of the surface of the ball (the 3 velcro rings on our side, not the whole ball) and as a result the balls bounce half the time instead of sticking to the board. That is, even if the velcro is in place. because they tend to move out of position, which further aggravates the situation. I am really disappointed with this product. Unfortunately the issues appear to be due to poor design so I'm not hoping that replacing the product will fix anything.
