Need a latch for a cat
Bought for my cat. (Why does the dog have to be on a leash?) Too big for her (so too wide), but the main thing is a plastic bar to go for a walk. The cat needs a breakable latch to be safe. So basically it's the little dog collar that's being advertised. light works. Three modes.
