So far, I'm very satisfied with this light. I've tried cheaper solar lights (the 4 packs you often see), but they've all turned out to be complete crap.I followed the instructions on this one: installed the light and solar panel, left it off for 3 days to fully charge, then activated it. The motion sensor detected me straight away, the lights are BRIGHT, and the timer seemed to be pretty accurate (you have options for 30 sec, 60 sec, or 120 sec, along with motion sensitivity options of low, medium, and high). In the few times I've gone out to test it, it worked exactly as expected each time.And to be clear, I live in the Greater Seattle area, so sunshine is not exactly bountiful this time of year (it was early April when I installed it). So with overcast days, the solar panel was still able to charge the battery sufficiently to provide very bright light for the path on the side of my house.All said and done, I would absolutely recommend this to others. I'll likely get a couple of more to place at different locations outside my house.
