My father-in-law wanted some of his black cars. I saw the video on the internet but I've never done it. I recommend taking your time and watching at least a few online videos. Make sure that the part of the car to be wrapped is free of grease and wax. You can buy cleaning products for this. This will really help the vinyl stick to the surface. Spray the surface with some water. I use deionized water (you can buy it in a liter jug at any grocery store). This only gives you a small adjustment to make. It really helps if you have a second person working with you, especially when dealing with a heavy accent. I use a credit card to help put the vinyl on. Then a low-powered heat gun can help you with minor imperfections associated with the lowering. If you're nervous and have never done this before, try it on something else before doing it on your car. Maybe you're putting accent strips on a kid's 12-volt car or a "student driver" decal on your buddies' truck. It is not difficult and gives you the confidence to try your own horseback riding.
