The only good thing about this intake is the filter. The heat shield vibrates under load and doesn't fit perfectly through the L-brackets. The heat shield does not engage well with the intake manifold which supplies air to the filter itself, hence most of the air comes from the engine bay for this reason. Thermal tape will NOT stay, I guarantee it. K&N reluctantly sent me more tapes when the first app dropped. The same thing happened again. Bought from an auto parts store, taped perfectly and stayed in place. I am very dissatisfied with this product and will exchange it for something else as soon as it comes out.
