Poor design, unusable
The ladder I received belonged to someone else. The box was taped down, the outriggers were missing, there were no assembly instructions, and one of the legs was askew so the outriggers couldn't line up with the opposite leg. And what about the plastic pins that you have to "break out" to mount the boom? Why didn't the Chinese factory that built it care? I already have a job, and it's not fixing a design flaw in a ladder that I've spent good money on. It went back. I will try to find another provider
