The filter requires better quality control.
Good replacement filter. The main complaint is that the build quality was mediocre. With a used plastic frame and glue not all the ribs supported so one side was kind of curved and not completely square which would likely create an air gap which defeats the purpose of the filter. I tried smoothing it out with my hand but it still bowed a little on one side.
