The most helpful thing about this tool is that it gives you detailed reports which are useful in many ways. I can get a report of the amount of people who've read my emails or clicked on links, but also see how much time they spend on my website. There's nothing i dislike about the tools! It's a great tool for monitoring your website traffic, and also for getting feedback from your customers/clients. We've been able to track our visitors' activities on our site, and gain insight into their interests. This has helped us market more effectively to our target audience, and also make decisions regarding future content.
