These bluetooth headphones arrived quickly and brand new and sealed. I opened the packaging and was immediately struck by the sleek black finish of the charging case. The supplied accessories with a very detailed user manual and the charging cable are also big plus points. When I took the earbuds out of the charging case, my Bluetooth on my phone recognized them immediately and it only took a few seconds to connect. I started testing my playlist music and YouTube videos and couldn't believe the clarity combined with the balance. You hear everything from high to mid to deep bass, but it's not too much. My only issue was one earbud becoming silent, which is easily fixed by putting them back in their case and plugging them both back in. , and when switching between connecting to a laptop or phone.
