I have some solar lights, some cords. I got them because I needed short lines. They caught fire the first night and didn't burn all night. They didn't come the next evening. I went out the next morning and made sure they were charged. That night they came, and tonight they will not appear again. All other indicators glow in the dark after a day of charging and turn off when charging is complete. Most last all night. It's not like this. I won't be happy if I have to go out and flick switches every morning. And yes, they are in direct sunlight, like all my other lights. I would be cautious if it's something you want to take care of yourself.
