I've only used it once and I hope to get the benefits it promises. It is uncomfortable to use while lying down, so it is better to sit or be at an angle. The lying pressure was a bit intense. Easy to use with a remote control to change the lighting you want to use. I chose 4 different settings for 5 minutes each. Do not read or watch TV while using it, so just close your eyes and relax. .I'll be back after a few more uses.I also bought a Luma facial steamer!Love it!
