I don't use it as a dog seat. I bought it as a seat saver and to transport my personal belongings. I volunteer at a community garden and sometimes have to transport vegetables, tools, and other items that could damage or soil my front seat. This dog carrier bag is perfect for protecting the seat. It's very well done. It is very easy to install. It's also soft and waterproof. It is worth buying.
