They are comfortable but they are designed for full (narrow) feet, not flat (wide) feet. The only problem I have is that they just don't fit well because my feet are so flat. The belt doesn't give me enough to keep me on my feet. I would have sent them back but GF used a sewing machine and adjusted them. If you have the same problem, check out Underarmour.
