Unfortunately a filter is broken

I would give five stars but one of my filters is broken. Very annoying. I really needed her asap. The good news is that one of them is good so it will take time for now but I think I'll have to buy another brand. I don't want to dissuade anyone from buying, I see good reviews here, I just want to honestly share my experience. Thanks very much!
