great for attaching to bars or similar
I use it to watch shows on my cell phone in the shower! I've attached it to a towel rail, for the specific use I'm giving it it's excellent, it stays very strong and secure and rotates 360 degrees. I seriously doubt that it can hold the phone while cycling, but if you need a phone holder to attach the phone to a small pole or something like that, you need it!
