I just used this product for the first time tonight to make homemade pasta and it couldn't be easier! I had a little trouble getting the dough through the angel hair cutter so I just cut those pieces into thicker noodles, although it probably just takes some getting used to. Cleaning the pasta cutter can be a bit tricky, so make sure you lightly flour the blades before inserting them into the blades to avoid the pasta getting stuck in the blades.
