I bought this device to make hands-free calls. Half a day later I stopped using it, packed it up and started the return process. Numerous complaints of poor audio quality and dropouts from people I spoke to made this choice for me. It's a bit embarrassing. The construction isn't bad, the case is well made, it's quite comfortable, but it doesn't matter if people can't hear me. I would like to add a disclaimer that it may be related to my phone but I have no way of knowing. I think for those who haven't used it in a professional setting this might not be a problem.
