Review on LG 32UN500-W 31.5" Virtually Borderless Monitor with 3840x2160p, Anti-Glare Display, Built-In Speaker, and Wall Mount Compatibility by Rob Cross

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Bought the top 2 in my rating

When you replace two 24-inch 1080p monitors in a dual monitor stand, those monitors are HUGE. Maybe they are too big for my desk (3 x 5 feet) - I'm too close to the screens. I can run it on Windows with 8 Word documents per screen (4 columns, 2 rows) and read each one - it's a little tricky to arrange like that, but it works great. Switching between menus and inputs is a bit annoying - switching between two computers takes 3-4 clicks and shutting down takes 2-3 clicks. Sound is okay, but the 3.5mm audio-out is pretty good for connecting external speakers or headphones. perpendicular to the screen (the back sticks out), I'd be better off with them connected in parallel (i.e. flush with the back of the screen). VESA mount - very easy to install and use. The display seems to be pretty good when playing Death Stranding at 4k 30fps (perhaps a limitation of my 1660 Super graphics card). cture-by-picture" to split/display inputs from two of my PCs at the same time. I'd like to have two DisplayPort inputs (rather than two HDMI) as my PCs and docks mostly have DP connectors, although -HDMI works fine. After having one for a few months I bought a second one when it was on sale I think that's pretty good value.

Pros
  • computers and accessories
Cons
