Review on πŸ”Š Facmogu TDA7498E Stereo Audio Amplifier with Power Supply DC 24V 6A - 160W x 160W Dual Channel Hi-Fi Amplifier, Mini Class D Integrated Digital Amp for Car Audio and Home Speakers (Amplifier+Adapter) by Stacy Harris

Has a hissing buzzing noise made by a cheap 24V AC/DC adapter

I replaced the 24V AC/DC adapter with the one that came with the 24V Micca Mini amp, no problem, works fine, no hiss or hum. This is a better amp than the 50 watt Micca Origain if you have 8 ohm speakers. I didn't like the Origain 50Watt and am returning it in favor of a TDA7498E. Another really annoying problem with the TDA7498E is that the amp gives off sparks when you plug in the power, maybe plug in the power first before connecting it to your home network. I have an Axiom Ax 1.2 bookshelf speaker. They do sound bright, so the little Micca Origain didn't really do what I wanted, I didn't like the sound. I don't notice any distortion with this amp and my speaker combination. The highs are very crisp and clear but a cheap power supply ruins it, someone should just test the other end before selling this stuff, the hiss is absolutely ridiculous until you swap out the power supply for a better one, just make sure its center is positive and in mains power demand. The volume knob was also very sticky like it was damaged. All that stuff aside, it sounds damn good.
