Over heats constantly

We don’t have the air inlet or outlet blocked, yet it constantly displays an error code E3 which means it is overheating. You have to unplug it for a little bit to clear the error code. I do not understand what it’s issue is. Must just be a cheap unit. It’s very annoying and disappointing. Otherwise, heats up a large area very nicely when it’s working.

The LED log flame feature creates a warm, inviting ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a long day at work or for hosting a family gathering

Cons

May be distracting or too flashy for some homeowners
