Very pretty, with realistic looking fire.

It’s really pretty, and a nice size. The flame looks very realistic, that’s something I was worried about on the picture it looked like doll house furniture. Heats up my husbands game room nicely and gives it a nice ambience. I like the fact that the fire place light can be on even without the heat. We’ve only had it a few hours so I can’t speak to durability but I’ll update if it stops working or something. If I don’t change my review it was good to go.

Decent electric fireplace! Contacting Support was ineffective.

It would've been 5 stars if Seller Support would have replied. I had ordered this electric fireplace after researching several others, here on Best Buy and on other websites. For some reason, I was thinking this fireplace was one that you didn't have to use the fake flames while using the heat. I thought the company had sent me the wrong model and I contacted them through Best Buy. They did not reply, not even to tell me I was wrong. I did realize my mistake after contacting the Seller…

Not a quality product

Well, this was disappointing and in my opinion not a quality product. The seal, possibly liquid nail, put on the back of the board spread out to the front face of the fireplace. The holes drilled on the boards did not match where the screws were supposed to go in. The wood pegs did not fit and we had to use wood glue so they would stay in place, and we had to re-drill the holes. We have plans to fix this up to make the fireplace actually look nice despite the manufacturers disaster screw ups…

Easy to assemble: my feedback

Easy for me to put together without needing my husband, took me an hour. Heat not so powerful but I like the ambiance of the flame

Over heats constantly

We don’t have the air inlet or outlet blocked, yet it constantly displays an error code E3 which means it is overheating. You have to unplug it for a little bit to clear the error code. I do not understand what it’s issue is. Must just be a cheap unit. It’s very annoying and disappointing. Otherwise, heats up a large area very nicely when it’s working.

Great value - my new review

Took a bit of time but was fairly easy to assembleGame changer for temperature in my daughter's room and looks nice. A small TV sits on it just fine

Nice but Small - my new review

Real Customer comments: This product after 2 weeks only is nice, easy to assemble with a few cosmetic issues. Warms the room I purchased it for BUT is is really much smaller than pictured. Looks like it could be in a playroom for kids, but since it's a space heater I wouldn't do that. Overall I'm going to keep it because it's too many pieces to put back in the box.

Got what I was looking for

Easy to assemble, but the screws to hold the fireplace insert into stand were missing. Decent heat output, but only one temperature. Quiet operation. Have gotten compliments on it from everyone. Yes, it's small but that's what I was looking for. Overall worth the cost.
