There is no information on where this product was manufactured. We ran the water for 20 minutes after installation and left it for a few days, but the bitter taste didn't go away. We remove the filter, let it dry and then send it back. Revain grants you a 30-day right of return. Update: We've removed this filter, which has only been in use for a few days. Inside the case were solid particles and a few tiny pieces of black plastic. The filter itself seemed wrapped in damp paper towel rather than a hard, native block like the original Multi-Pure filter. I cannot recommend this filter. If you decide to buy one, I suggest testing your water.
