We were acquired by CSI because we had great technology that was outdated compared to our competitors (Salesforce). The Sales team at cobolt has been very responsive with questions about implementation of sales tools within my organization as well as training for other functions such as CRM/MRP systems integration into their platform. I would not hesitate working directly or through an agent from this agency again! Implementation took some time due to COVID but they have continued communication throughout process so there wasn't much waiting around between updates which made it easier during transition period since employees are remote now anyway. Our main challenge right before acquisition was lack of visibility across all departments - marketing automation tool didn’t integrate properly internally & customer service department couldn’t access account information easily when needed either via internal portal OR API calls w /o having personal login credentials required per client's request.
