Compact standard 3-hole punch with bottom paper stop.

Compact standard 3 hole punch with paper stop at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately, this means your page is not centered. You have to go over the paper stop to reach the middle. Otherwise, the cleanest holes will not be cut, a little torn, but the page will fall into the folder. I wouldn't use this for a fancy presentation, but for general home use it will do.
