Won't take long Junk

I bought 3 packs, needed 2 and wanted a replacement. The first never turned on. the digital display remained black. Thought it was a one off mistake. The second lit up, the temperature was pretty accurate. I connected it to a small 3 watt fan. The fan never turned on, regardless of the settings. The LED lit up to indicate an attempt was made to turn on the fan, but there is no power to the fan. Then smoke poured out of the chip. I didn't see the point of connecting the third one as I needed 2.

Pros

Press the "SET" button once, the temperature will flash on the screen. Press the "+"/"-" button on the keyboard to set the temperature range. When you are done with the setting, press "SET" on the keyboard once to confirm the return. The controller sets the automatic relay to current, the 10A relay input can correspond to high power. Please make sure the circuit board is correct.
