Review on FAELBATY Wavy Wig: Air Bangs, Shoulder Length, 👻 Purple - Perfect Costume Wig for Halloween and Cosplay by Karen Perez

Well, I originally bought this wig to have some fun on my birthday. I had never tried straight bangs before and found a pretty colored wig to be the best tester. I received the wig on time which was a plus but when I opened the wig to fully appreciate it I found that the wig was shedding a lot. Keep in mind that when I noticed hair loss, I shook/used my fingers to lightly comb the hair. Secondly, I noticed that the scalp of the wig is dyed in color and not real lace. I assumed the scalp had color since it was lace, but that wasn't the case and I had to color the scalp area as best I could with my own liquid base. Which liquid foundation is not the best when coloring your scalp as it turns orange depending on the shade? The powder base does not stick as the hair/fixative material is on the scalp. To reduce the overall shine of my hair (since I like the more natural look of my wigs) I still apply baby powder to the wig. and wait to clean it afterwards. The baby powder really helped to tone down the shine of the hair. Sorry ladies, this wig is not suitable for POC if your skin tone is in the darker range. Now as I put the wig on I found I was having a hard time adjusting it without messing it up elsewhere. The wig was small and depending on how you like your bangs you may also need to cut and iron them to style them appropriately as the bangs were too long. So with the bust size I was not very satisfied with this wig. The wig was also thin and I was afraid the stains would be visible from the back. But I never got that far because I chose not to wear that wig at all. Price wise, this is a good choice for cosplay as it won't break the bank. or even daily I wouldn't guess.
