Works well most of the time and sounds great. For me it was powered by a USB wall adapter which was turned on when the sound system was turned on. It turns on and is used several times a week. Every few weeks the HA100 would not turn on. I tried the contact cleaner on the USB cable, different cables and different USB power adapters. Usually doing any of these things works, but eventually the problem reappears. I see other reviews reporting this as well. If you're using the HA100 in a car, I think you need a way to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable or AC adapter to force it to turn on if it doesn't turn on properly by itself. At home I've taken to leaving it on all the time instead of turning on the stereo. So far this is working fine.
