Warning, power on problem AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Works well most of the time and sounds great. For me it was powered by a USB wall adapter which was turned on when the sound system was turned on. It turns on and is used several times a week. Every few weeks the HA100 would not turn on. I tried the contact cleaner on the USB cable, different cables and different USB power adapters. Usually doing any of these things works, but eventually the problem reappears. I see other reviews reporting this as well. If you're using the HA100 in a car, I…

Sounds great, doesn't connect automatically.

Great for the automotive industry. My wife has a new Fiat, the radio has Aux-In (3.5mm) and USB in the glove box. The device turns on when the machine is turned on and turns off when the machine is turned off. The audio is average FI (Bose) and not static (was concerned about generator hum). When playing lossless audio (FLAC -> Samsung Note 3 -> the sound of this BT receiver is unlimited (not that I'm a golden ear or anything). One of my friends has an unnamed BT receiver, and given the…

Works exactly as I hoped it would (for my machine)

I've only had it a few hours but so far it's working exactly how I hoped it would. I just plugged it into my car's center console: AUX audio input and USB for power. The washer is smaller than I expected and takes up almost no space in the console. In any case, the cables take up much more space. (I just ordered some new 6" cables to make the install look a little better.) My iPhone automatically connects to the receiver within 3-4 seconds after I start the car and disconnects within 2-3…

TP-Link products can't be beat!

My whole house is in TP-Link. (14 different smart home devices, bulbs, switches and plugs) and when I saw this adapter I hoped that I would have the same great experience as with all the other products. TP-Link has NOT let you down! I've been using it for over a year now and it was SUPER easy to install and set up (I think it took me 5 minutes to install and play music). I can connect my Echo devices to it wirelessly, just by asking them to connect. , I can connect my iPhone, iPod, laptop or…

I like the dual color LED on top that indicates.

It's fine. I like the dual color LED on top showing power and connection. I would like the cable connections to be hidden under the device rather than on the side. I attached mine to the wall with double sided tape. The NFC pairing tag works great and is easy to use. Avantree offers the Priva III, which offers a lower latency feature that is better for audio latency, but not all Bluetooth transmitters support this feature. I also use a Logitech Bluetooth adapter (part number 980000910) which…

Perfect for my purposes

I use Bluetooth receivers in my cars to connect my phone to the factory radio. I have two criteria: 1) always stay on while waiting for a connection, and 2) don't auto-connect when in range. Anker had a department that did just that, but they stopped doing it. So I went in search of one that behaves the way I want it to. I tried almost half a dozen different devices (Revain has an amazing return policy, by the way) before I found this one. It does exactly what I need it to - stays on as long as

Cool little device suitable for receivers and amps

So I have some old computer speakers that I hooked up to a computer or TV and now they just sat idle so why not throw in some constant tunes in the put garage . I've looked at these bluetooth receivers in the past and never used them, but bought this one this time to give me the option of using my phone instead of the plug that comes with the speakers. I used a 3.5mm plug for a while when installing speakers in the garage and it was either the plug or my phone but there wasn't a good…
