I like that it is an easy way to keep track of all my accounts in one place! It also has other features such as reminders for appointments/calls etc., which can be helpful when you're trying to remember everything at once. The interface could use some work - there are times where things do not load properly or don't show up until after clicking several different options (or even multiple tabs). This makes navigating through certain screens difficult sometimes since your choices aren’t always clear from what they look like initially. Also having too many links open at once might cause issues with performance if using mobile devices. We have been able to streamline our processes by keeping us organized and making sure we know who needs info about specific patients.
