The sweatshirt fits perfectly. I'm 5ft 8in 220 and I'm XL. Baggy enough not to restrict movement but snug fitting. The hem fits well around the waist. I like thin sweatshirts so fleece lining is perfect. Base layer for a thick jacket. I advise you to dry them in "delicate" mode when washing. I use them to prevent shrinkage or possible burns if the material catches on something. Great product! I will be ordering gray and maroon to match school colors my daughter!
