Avoid BrylaneHome at all costs; their quality is low and their customer service is terrible.
As someone who frequently shops for necessities for the home and kitchen, I was quite dissatisfied with BrylaneHome. Despite the exorbitant pricing, the quality and durability of their items are low. Furthermore, their support staff is horrible. I tried to return a defective item for a refund, but I was held on hold for hours and passed around to several teams. When I did reach a representative, though, they were uninformed and uncaring. If you value quality and assistance from staff more highly, you should go elsewhere.
