Missing components and minimal functionality

Slightly chunky design, requires additional power supply via micro USB power adapter. The specified power supply is not included and without it the device does not work at all. When connected to a lower resolution display, everything worked fine, including the USB pass-through port on my monitor. Unfortunately, when I tried to connect it to my 4k display, it ran at 4k 30Hz intermittently. About every 1-5 seconds my USB pass-through would stop working or the display would stop showing properly. I really wish it was a USB-C KVM solution for my home setup, but unfortunately it just isn't the best product.
