Review on Kichler 4071CLR Accessory Antique Incandescent by Christine Bergseth

I have ordered 5 of these lamps and I know I have taken a risk by ordering a glass item. When I received them one was broken and I knew I could return it. When I opened the other 4 I found that only 1 was worth the price. All other pears (except 1) had a yellow glass color. (they look like they've been used) Discoloration is a cloudy yellow residue, similar to what you get when a lightbulb starts to overheat or burns out. It is uneven and has stains. I kept 2 bulbs (clear and one the least "yellow" of the others) and sent back 2 and a broken one. I made sure the broken lightbulb was packed and labeled in a way that no one would be hurt when it arrived. (I find it odd that in order to get a replacement I had to return all items including broken glass.) I received my replacement order today. All new pears have the same yellow coating! I know that's not how a lightbulb should be. I give up. Too much hassle to go through it all again. At $11 a bulb I should have received them in perfect condition. I have bought many and many through Revain and have never had to return anything. I think the return policy and customer service was pretty good, but the quality of this item doesn't even come close to the price you're asking.
