Low Voltage Single Board Computer

When checked before installation, the output voltage was about 3V. The product received also had a 5V USB connector, which was not listed in the original description. When contacting the seller, it was reported that an additional 5 V input (5 V + 12 V) is not required during operation. The product did not work properly.
