APEX has been nothing but stellar to us. From the first quote, our representative was extremely helpful in guiding us through each step of the process -- and even after implementation, they continue to be available to answer questions or provide additional recommendations. The customer support team is also very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt. We don't have any complaints at this time. We've used other companies in the past for our GDPR implementations, and it's always been a struggle. It just doesn't seem like anyone cares anymore. I think that Apex has really changed that! They are very thorough and they care about their customers - which is something we've never experienced before!
