User friendly - yet complicated at times

Our customer support has been nothing but wonderful! They are incredibly attentive to our needs, they always respond quicklky when we need help during out of office week days or even their weekend/holidays. There isnt anything I dislike about them as far as their professional services go. But maybe my lack of experience using this product could have something to do with it haha. We didnt like how hard it can be for us (as customers) to find what you want without knowing exactly where that…

Excellent Customer Service & Extremely Thorough

APEX has been nothing but stellar to us. From the first quote, our representative was extremely helpful in guiding us through each step of the process -- and even after implementation, they continue to be available to answer questions or provide additional recommendations. The customer support team is also very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt. We don't have any complaints at this time. Great tool which helps manage permissions

I like that Apex lets me configure privacy for each user, it makes my life easier when managing multiple users since most of them are different people. It's easy to add new ones because they have an API endpoint you can use with any programming language/framework. You need more than 1 person working as support in order to keep up with all features requests but this shouldn't be too hard if there is enough demand from your customers.
