Review on APEX Privacy by Christopher Bates

Our customer support has been nothing but wonderful! They are incredibly attentive to our needs, they always respond quicklky when we need help during out of office week days or even their weekend/holidays. There isnt anything I dislike about them as far as their professional services go. But maybe my lack of experience using this product could have something to do with it haha. We didnt like how hard it can be for us (as customers) to find what you want without knowing exactly where that information goes when someone opens an email from your website. Its one thing for me personally not being able too look into it because there was no user guide provided by Apex privacy. If anyone does, its very well worth their time reading through those manuals so you know all ins-and-outs before going live with this service. I like that Apex is able to provide me with all of my data in one place, so it's not necessary for me to go through multiple applications or websites. It also has many useful features such as being able to export reports into Excel files. The interface could be more intuitive and easier to use. Overall this program works well but sometimes can get confusing when trying to navigate between different sections. This helps keep track of all of your marketing efforts by tracking leads from various sources.
