I love that it allows me easy access from anywhere as long my phone line works! There are no downsides so far but maybe there will be in future updates? We have used this tool at work since we got our first Google account back when they were still called gmail (which now redirects us).
It makes emailing documents much easier than having them printed out then mailed via snail mail which takes time if you need multiple copies of something like an invoice etc - plus adds another step between sending/receiving emails too!! You can do all your communications through one platform without needing separate accounts / devices just using Gmail addresses instead :) Great product overall with great customer support team who always respond quickly whenever needed. Sending invoices easily across different companies has been made very simple by being able use their software rather than printing off each individual copy myself everytime i had sent someone.
