If you can jack up your car and have a simple set of sockets, you can install it in half an hour. People say it's the difference between day and night, and I'll probably be one of the few to say it's not. You really won't notice it right away. What makes it worthwhile is when stacked with other shifter mods. That and the shift stop make my shifter feel fantastic on almost every shift. I still recommend it 100%, even if it's hard to tell the difference at first. If I had the chance to feel back to back before and after, maybe I could feel a big difference.
