The ease of use! It's very easy even if it has been years since I used an employee tracking system (ATS).

There are so many features in this product - they don't overwhelm me at all because everything seems like something we may need someday down the road or want as part fo some larger project/task list etc.. Sometimes there will not have enough information about certain tasks but then again maybe its just my own lackadaisical approach? We've had great results using newhrm solutions which includes hiring practices, payroll & benefits administration along wth other functions such as vacation request approvals / trackings among others.
