Is working. But is it ethical?
Not sure if the device is ethical but it definitely works. I never left it on for long because my pup definitely hates it with a passion. As soon as I turn it on, when she barks, she not only stops barking, but moves as far away from the device as she can. I just put it on a lower level. If you decide to buy this make a recording right away because as soon as my pup hears the beep for the record she will stop barking!
