The best of the three sets of rings I have!
I have several sets of rings, one I bought to save money, it's limited but very good for replacing shards, and another I bought for convenience but is actually more difficult to use. Turns out the pull-up and push-up kit is simpler, more secure with straps on the edges, and with a better carry case. Too bad I didn't start with them.
