The first problem is that they were poorly packaged and bent when I received them. Nor did they come with any direction. But since I'm not the type to complain I bent open the parts and figured out the installation and they worked great until I found about half the parts were rusty. I've already attached a few sets of items and mailed them out to people so I can't return a defective item and I'm down to about 5 out of 10 unusable screw caps. I thought I was making a deal by buying it, but turns out I just got robbed instead. Two stars because the stainless ones work really well and look good once installed.
