Living in Florida with summer rains, tropical storms, northeasters, and hurricanes I needed a poncho that would keep me dry while dog walking. This poncho is made of durable, heavy weight material. Each side has 3 snaps (2 allow for arm width) and other is midway down to hold sides together. A fourth snap further down would have been nice but not necessary. The poncho also has a full length zipper in the front for easy access on/off. The hood is large and has adjustable slides to make it snugly fit and stay in place. The rain poncho comes with a cinchable travel bag that fits in my backpack or hangs on a hook by the door. Much better than the thin rain ponchos that blow up and away during a hard rain. I would definitely purchase again.
