Review on 🚰 Certified Brondell Countertop Filter System by Matthew Riley

My husband and I live in an apartment where the tap water is terrible (maybe it has something to do with the current drought) so we ordered this based on Brondell's feedback and customer service. After installing Brondell Pearl (we followed the directions exactly), my husband and I noticed that the water tasted inconsistent. Some days it was ok, other days it tasted just like our tap water. So I contacted Brondell and they told me it was not normal and they would quickly send me another filter and kindly ask me to send the old filter in for a quality check. The new filter arrived within a week but once installed we still noticed an odd taste, only this time it was plastic. Maybe our tap water is that bad or we were just unlucky with defective filters. However, we didn't feel ready to mess with Brondell again, so we decided to return the entire device and try something different. It's a shame because we love Brondell's design, small footprint, powerful water flow and great customer support.
